You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for your conduct towards other members. Impersonation, harassment, solicitation and commercial use are prohibited.
We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or our Community Guidelines.
We collect only what is needed to run the service: your account details, profile information, preferences, photos, messages and basic activity data.
Your exact location is never shown to other members — only your city, country and an approximate distance if you enable it.
You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from Profile → Privacy & data.
Be respectful. No hate speech, harassment, nudity without consent, or content involving minors.
Never ask another member for money, gift cards, crypto or banking details. Report anyone who does.
Photos must show you and must not be misleading. Verified badges are given only after a successful check.
Rose Coins and virtual gifts are digital goods and are generally non-refundable once spent.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow those stores' refund processes.
Where local consumer law grants a right to withdraw, that right always applies and overrides this policy.
Premium and VIP renew automatically at the price shown before purchase until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from Profile → Membership, or through your app store subscription settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your display preferences. We do not sell your data.
Deleting your account removes your profile, photos, matches and messages from the live service. Financial records are kept in anonymised form where the law requires it.
